Hello mom as may bhi illness ki wajah se uska appetite low hogaya tha, joh abh usse acche se bhook lag rahi hai , so no worries as far as woh healthy kha raha hai., par fir bhi doubt hai tho aap de worming ka syrup doctor se consult karke de, as worms ki wajah se bhi woh bahut khaane late hai.

See I will tell you one thing over here if the child has resumed with its appetite and 10 or 20% more than that then it is not a problem but if you feel that the appetite of the child has suddenly increased a lot then that would not be good in that case there could be an issue could be worms in the body or some other issue please check with your doctor
