hello sir, my kid is of 18 days old but yet not fully taking Brest feeding but ok to drink via bottle... any suggestions please, would be great help

Author of questionFather of a 4 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reply, I am already using nipple shield but again bit worried and want to know how long it will take baby to start fully taking Brest milk without shield as it hurt me during feeding...
also recently started applying nipcare ...

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Check if your baby is able to suck milk from your nipples. In case of flat nipples baby might find it difficult. Use a nipple shield if required. Till then continue expressing your breastmilk and feed it in a bottle or with spoon.
