hello sir my daughter is too choosy to eat something even she didn't taste the food instead of nonveg what to do how minerals she wil get???

A. hi mom. make a habit of giving every kind of food for the child, you can prepare different kind of food which is liked by the child by adding vegetables or fruits into it. such as giving Pizza loaded with vegetables or also chapati with vegetables, also you can prepare custard with the fruits. so that the child will not be Hesitant to eat healthy food
