hello sir my daughter is 11 months old but she is not holding her neck. we did all genetic test all are negative pls suggest what to do pls

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is ahtdvisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluatce properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
