Hello sir,my child is 4years 2months old,weighing about 24.7 kgs..I’m worried about her weight.can you plz suggest how to control her over weight..

Take care of his health and prefer to give as much as possible home made fresh foods and natural foods , limit his processed , refined and sugary foods as much as possible
take him for outdoor playing , dancing, swimming or some form of sport
