Hello sir my baby is 2year and 8month he is not giving eye contact to us and when we call him by his name he is not looking to us what should I u.

A. development by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growtch milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not. if child has good understanding and follows orders and ccommand of the parents properly then do not worry much about speech as will eventually come. talk more with child. avoid tv mobile laptop. involve more people to interact with the child.
