Hello sir my baby has his first tooth while he is only three and half month old.Is this ok or do I need any special care.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. It is totally fine. massage the gums with a clean cold cotton cloth and give clean silicone teethers to chew on. Start brushing using a silicone finger brush from now itself.
