Hello sir, my 6 yrs old child got a cough last 2 days which medicine is more effective for cough and cold

Cherricof and Sinarist you can give to the child three times in the day as per the current age you will have to give the dosage to the child apart from that you can give this medicine for minimum three days and maximum five days if the child does not feel better after that also then consult your doctor
