hello sir My 6 month old baby has rashes all over face , neck.. i think he has woolen allergy.. what should i do

You Amount of Cetaphil lotion on the entire body where ever your child has got rashes this is going to settle down and if it is a boon an allergy then you make sure that you’re making your child by something soft full sleeves clothes inside and also always whatever clothes you want to buy watch them in easy and then you make your child wear because that way the intensity becomes better of a plot it does not bite the child
