hello sir, my 2 month old baby not takes feed properly, takes breastfeed only for 5 minute at a time, while sleeping not wakes up 5-5 hours, not much interested in feed, how to feed her??

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. Feeding on demand is the rule that you have to follow and if the baby is not ready to consume milk, why do you want to force the baby? If the babies weight gain is good, and the union frequency is appropriate then you need not worry. There is a chance that you have a very good supply of milk and the baby is getting full within the five minutes itself. If you still have doubt consult your doctor and let them evaluate the baby.
