Try to give proper three meals or breakfast lunch and dinner to the child and her before sleeping half an hour prior to the sleeping time you can go ahead with giving milk to the child and go for a bad bottlefeeding not breastfeeding this is going to make your child full for a longer duration and sleep is also going to be proper
