after vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digesticble food.
do not givec anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. 
if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet.
vomit usually occurs due to gastritis

hello, aap apne diet me citrus/ khatti chije kam kre. Bache ko sauf ajwain ka ubal ke pani de 0.5 ml subh sham. Suhaga apne dudh me ghol ke ek bar din me pilaye. Ye mere ajmaye hue hai ghr ke  nuskhe hai. hope it helps.  Ap chahe to doc se kisi dawai ke liye salah le sakti hai .
