Hello sir/ mam, my son arya is 5yr and 10 months old. From about one or two months we notice a soft movable lump or breast bud on his left with slight pain on pressing it. What is that? Will it go by itself ?

if he has swelling which was not present earlier and is painful then it's mostly infection of soft tissue see if has any history of fall or injury and visit your pediatrician once

No it will not go by itself.
Please get it checked by ur doctor in person as there is pain in the lump.
Doctor will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation of the baby. Take care
