Hello sir/mam My baby’s birth weight(10/10/2021)- 3.75kgs Weight on 22/11/2021- 4.9kgs Weight on 22/12/2021- 5.4kgs Is that okay? He is taking breastmilk only! But sometimes i feel like he is not taking much!

A. if pee count around 6-8times and baby is sleeping well baby is getting sufficient milk.. baby gain around 500-800g per month.. double the birth weight at 4-6and three times the birth weight at completion of one year.. exclusively breast feeding recommended for six months..
