Hi sir, i am 24 week pregnant. 10 june 2021 , my weight is 61 kg.10 july 2021 my weight is 66 kg. Is it normal to gain 5 kg in a month?

A. hi no 5 kg weight gain in a month is not good please eat healthy and avoid high calorie foods thinking that its fine during pregnancy please take qualified dietitians consultation for the same
