hello sir/mam I m mother to 22moth old boy...my baby is active weight 10 kg.but now a days I found that he is always srubing his eyes and sometime nose....and his head and foot and palms are warm what do I do.

A. Se First you take the temperature if it is fever that maybe the other things are also associated with fever but if it is not fever it’s okay normal body temperature can be a little warmer than usual so you love to take a temperature with thermometer for that and your child is a little underweight approximately 2 KG because your child is having wait for a one-year-old child right now
