hello sir/madam, my son will be 11 months in few days and he is taking solids only 3 times a day which includes roti, dal, fruits and khichdi. rest of the time he demands breastfeed. how do i make him have more solids and regular food?

You I have to set a time for formula feeding or breastfeeding that you are giving that three or four times only I am going to give rest of the times offer food only if your child is hungry offer food don’t offer anything your child may throw tantrums initially but you just have to be little stable with that
