Hello Sir/ Madam My son is 5.4 yrs old and suffering with cold and cough.. kindly suggest me medicine urgently π

Sinarist and maxtra can be used for the child first one is for cold second is for cough you can give it for minimum 3 to 5 days and then you can give it twice in a day if your child does not get better within maximum of five days and kindly consult your doctor
