hello sir/ma'am, my baby is 9 months old. which oil can I use to prepare his food. can't afford olive oil and coconut oil is also not easily available

Desi ghee is very good why do you have to opt for oils when you have an option of the most healthy thing available and if that also you do not want to use then you can use any good oil of your choice you can go for rice bran oil you can go for sunflower oil whatever your preference is mustard oil but prefer using coldpressed oil over using a purified refined oil that is not good that’s it based on chemicals
