mera beta 2 yr 11 month ka hai... wo aj sofa se niche bhut jor se muh k bal gira... uska upar wala ek teeth hil rha tha girne k bad...baby ko kafi irrigation ho rha tha bar bar jibh se hila rha tha aur fir usko khich k fek diya...pura teeth nikal gya.. pls btaye darne wali bat h kya. uska new teeth aayega ki nhi...doodh ka daat tha ye ...

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. 
give sunbath every morning. 
once consult your dentist for proper examination of the child

Hi normally the teeth start to fall after the age of 4 to 4 1/2 years after that the new teeth are going to come so you’ll have to wait for that much of a time for the teeth to come so in this case I can only advise you one time you get it checked with the period paediatric dentist they will give you better clarity on
