hello sir ,im mother of pandu ,she is 4 + ,my baby is not eating food ,not interesting to eat everyday ,can u tell me ur suggestions, .

If your child is not eating anything even after being in such a age where kids can have proper meal then it could be due to deficiency of iron in the body I would recommend to get haemoglobin level tested for your child and go ahead as per the Dr suggestionWrite Your Answer Here
