hello sir I'm Nithya my girl baby having 10 month old she having lower neck side very small size like rashas I seen last 6month it growth very little size no itching nothing ll happen sir

If Has been there for almost 4 months then it is important that you take a medical guidance from your doctor you can consult a skin specialist ones otherwise you can consult any other doctor as well for the same and go for a proper checkup and medication regarding the same
