Hello sir, I am breastfeeding my son. sometimes I feel my breast is hard to touch and has lumps and it also pains, is this normal? and what to do about it? can I still feed him with the same breast?

A. massage when your breast and circular motion with the help of lukewarm oil and also you can use warm compress over your breast which will be helpful to reduce the problem
