hello doctor good evening iam mother of 15days baby girl,my baby is having breast buds real and when we touch it is very hard looks like lumps iam worried about do i need to consult doctor? I will attach the pictures please check it once.

A. Hello, After the baby is born, the blood levels of estrogen (from the mother) fall, which gradually causes the breast buds to go away. Generally, breast buds go away by the time the baby is 1 week to 6 months of age.
