offer healthy diet.
start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Hi There is no such food for height of the child you just have to go ahead with a balanced nutritious diet plan when you can give every thing to the child what ever you are eating yourself and preparing at home as that’s right food to be given to the child
