Hello, Now my baby is 29 days old. She got vaccinated as recommended by hospital. Now pus comes out from the wound. Please advice, how to clean the wound? Also, attached the pic for your reference.

A. Now pus comes out. Shall i use a cotton with hot water to clean this pus from the wound?

A. it's normal after BCG vaccine it's notinfection as per what has been mentioned so it all seems to be normal and fine so as of now there s no need of concern about this at all .
