Avoid self medication. supplements should be start after doctor recommendations Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum this is not mandatory to give any kind of supplement to the child till the time he is having any particular deficiency so if child is having any deficiency then you need to get him checked from the doctor properly before starting any medication
