Hello. myself Swathi mother of 1yr 4 months baby.. I'm getting lots of heel pain I'm not able to stand and cook for longer timen /lift my daughter for longer time... my heel starts paining so much that I dnt or like to stand . kindly suggest me any tips to reduce heel pain.

A. if you are having some pain in the heel the Jain it may be because of some bone related issue or some other issue so it is better to consult to some orthopaedic doctor once
