Hi Mam, It's been 6 months I delivered a baby. I 'm having severe pain in back of my heel. Unable to walk for sometime while changing position from sit to stand and standing more time. Please suggest any medicine to relieve pain. Thank you.

See currently you can take any good painkiller but you have to get examined with your doctor as they have to first figure out the correct reason behind this and once they know it it will be easier for them to treat you accordingly it’s important to have a check up with the doctor 1st
