Hello, my Sona is 2.7years old. He had cavity in his upper right molar right. As per dentist, we went through fill up but as the time of doing the fill up, doctor said that his cavity has gone to extreme. They have suggested for RCT by the age of 3.5years. Is it really necessary for RCT in milk teeth?
