hello my son is just 2 years old he is speaking some words but not communicating eye to eye so is this behaviour problems

Yes Ma’am there can be a behavioural problem because in this age kids are very quick and responding and have a proper eye contact if your child is not doing it maybe it just deficiency of iron in the body but sometimes it could be due to a delay in the growth of the child
