Hello My son is 7 month old I can’t understand why some fluids like things is coming out from his ear Please suggest

A. That usually can be seen due to some irritation or infection so it would be better that you please get it checked with an ENT doctor because without that we really cannot be sure about the correct reasoning but either of the two could probably be the reason mostly it is due to an infection so better to have an assessment physically
