hello ,my son is 4months old from 15 days he is passing green stool and at night he itching his ears , suggest me what can I do

A. green stool is okay.. Reason may vary...for eat itching Main cause of an itchy ear canal is soap or other irritants. Soap or shampoo can get trapped in the ear canal after showers. It may be habit to pulling ear..
