hello my son is 4 yrs old having too much of cough and cold I have giving him maxtra and ambrodil for past 2 days.. but still the condition is same

A. kindly give syrup allegra /histafree 5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin / ambrodil s 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days thezn kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk. try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is preventz hot to cold and cold to hot weather.
