hello, My son is 3Y old, he is getting fever from past 3 days daily in evening only. he is active only. day time no fever, we will have 101 fever in evening, after Giving dolo250 fever will reduce and next day fever again in the evening, why this is happening and wat is medicine for this

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative fmedicine can also hbe tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
