Hello my son is 3 n half years old but still he is not interactive with other people he still not talk with other people ever family members he only contact with me what can I do

A. needs to be checked now once so it will be better to completely examine n assess, according to the symptoms and then only it will be possible to give you proper suggestions and treatment ,so please consult your doctor for further guidance in this regard and to clear all queries in details.
