Hello My son is 2years 10mnths old he dsnt eat proper..sometimes he doesn’t eat the whole day..

Its Definitely do lower level of haemoglobin when the haemoglobin levels are not proper in the bodies and deficiency of iron lead to suppress appetite so you should consult your doctor and to be more sure about it and then you can start with necessary supplements required
