hello...my son is 2 year old but he can't eat any food..pls help me....agr mai zabardasti karon toh ye vometing karta hai...

Hi It possibly can be due to deficiency of iron in the body you can start giving iron supplement to the child after consulting your doctor because once the iron level in the body are going to be proper hopefully the appetite of your child is going to be better as it should be according to the age
