Q.
Hello , My son is 1.4 years now. I wish to stop breastfeeding because of my health. But he is demanding breastfeeding every 3-4 hours gap. And countless night feedings. Please suggest anyhow to stop breastfeeding which is not psychologically affect my baby.

So you should give another feeding to the child and slowly start withdrawing onto your breastfeeding so instead of introducing a feeding bottle you should go ahead with giving us sipper to the child like a one with straw or you can go for spout sipper that is also going to be a good option
