Hello, My son (7 months old) having rashes/pimples as shown in the picture attached. The area is getting dried up and we have been applying chikoo lotion to body and face. this has been there for a week and it is not coming down. Any medication need to be given? pls suggest. last week when we consulted pediatrician, he suggested not to give any medication but to keep applying lotion. Thanks in advance .
