Hello, My second Baby boy is 1 month 10 days old.But hes belly button shows some wetness..is it normal?

it should be healed till now.
please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
don't apply kajal or anything on it.
keep that area clean.
if your child feel any discomfort,pain , redness, discharge etc then please consult your pediatrician.
