Q.

hello my period date is 26th Oct...i.e today....I can see little potting I have too much lower tummy pain.... is it start of my periods?

A. well then its menses. looking like. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.
