hello..my kids was 5 and half years old.his face getting dry and on his cheeks white patches are coming..i am using Cetaphil lotion and soap..evn after using them still it was same..plz suggest me right soap for his skin..here in my area water is so hard.suggest me according to that

A. Stop using soap on face and wash the face with plain water and apply Cetaphil baby cream instead of lotion as it is little thick in consistency it will help
