Provide fruits as snacks.
Make smoothies, pancakes adding fruits, , fruit salad.
Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..one fruit should be given in a day....you you add fruits in milk...and serve it as milk shakes...cut into Bite size pieces and serve as finger food......cut in different shapes like balls or stars..bbay will get attracted to different shapes...can use color ful cutlery from Babyhug to attract baby
