Hello ,my kid's face has some black and white patches(around nose to lips --white ,cheeks are in black colour )and I am already using Cetaphil baby soap and atogla moisturising lotion

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl6 months agoA. As usually due to dryness with regular application of goat cream or lotion whatever you use it is going to get better over the period so do not worry about it you can use it 3 to 4 times in the day of dryness or white patches are more
