my baby 10 month old, her face colour is white but body colour is black why and any suggestions

A. the colour complexion will be wearing a lot from shares to other body parts particularly elbows knees neck their pigmentation is not generally no need to use any cosmetics for improvement of colour

A. When Different products are used on the body which is why the colour discrimination can be there maybe the products were using on the body you are not using it on the face which is why the discolouration is happening you have to get it checked with the dermatologist ones
