hello my daughter is now 8 month & want proper meal plan for her please someone give me meal plan for her & also when I do massage to her I hear bon voice is good or bad or I can give her something & also on this app also meal planner but not help full at all ty in advance

give her 3 meals n 1 snack a day. breast feed ir formuka feed her in between meal s and in demand..
you can do massage her once a dY, prefer morning hours
