Hello My daughter is 6 months old she has some kind of heat boils all over the body and scalp.l am not able to make out wheather it is a small pox or some kind of allergy plz see the attachment.Thank you

Q. Hi, I am a mother of two months old baby breastfeeding. My body's temperature is very hot all the time, particularly my breasts are too hot for me to bare even when the climate is very cold. This body heat has caused big pimples kind of boils in my face, hand and thigh for which I took siddha medicines to reduce body heat which reduced the boils but not the complete body heat. Now the baby is also having small boils in face and hand and thighs, is this due to my body heat? please help me reduce body heat.
