Ideal weight of a 5 years old baby girl should be between 17.5 to 18 kgs and height 106 to 110 cms depending on eating habits and physical activities. For overall healthy growth and development of baby, it is important to include fresh, home cooked, nutritious meals alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
