hello my child is 5months 9 days old he suffering from fever cold and cough and his diaper is also less filing as comparison to earlier with urine and urine colour is also yellow

A. hello make sure the bay is getting sufficient milk and is taking well and also put nasal drops iruse instant cold releif rub from babyhug which can help too and in regards to the medicine it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
